Terms of Service

1. The service

Blink is an online-only, digital styling subscription (software as a service). It analyses your described face shape and style preferences and generates frame-shape recommendations, virtual try-on visuals, styling boards and try-on reels. It is a styling and visualisation tool only. Blink sells no physical goods, ships nothing, and provides no in-person, repair, fitting, or installation service — all delivery is digital.

2. No medical, optical or prescription service

Blink does not perform eye tests, issue prescriptions, measure pupillary distance (PD), fit lenses, sell eyewear or lenses, or make any claim of vision correction, eye health, or treatment. Face-shape reads and try-on visuals are style references, not sizing, fit, or optical guarantees. For any vision or eye-health matter, consult a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist. Any physical eyewear you buy is purchased from a third party of your choice, with which Blink has no involvement.

3. Eligibility and minors

You must be at least 13 to use Blink. Users aged 13–17 must have verifiable consent from a parent or guardian, including consent to upload their own photograph. The service is not intended for children under 13.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current.

5. Subscriptions, billing and allowances

• Plans are billed in USD through Stripe on a monthly or yearly basis, as selected.
• Monthly styling-run allowances reset each cycle and do not roll over.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel anytime; access continues to the end of the paid period.
• There are no credits, top-ups, or stored balances. Allowances are service usage, not redeemable value.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to our Acceptable Use Policy, including not uploading others' or minors' photos without consent and not using Blink to impersonate or deceive.

7. Content and licence

Ownership and permitted use of your inputs and generated outputs are described in our Content License.

8. AI outputs

Generated results are produced by automated styling logic and may not perfectly reflect real-world fit or appearance. See our AI Disclaimer.

9. Cancellations and refunds

Refund and cancellation terms are set out in our Refund Policy.

10. Availability and changes

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update features and, with notice, these terms. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Blink is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make about buying physical eyewear. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to its courts, without affecting mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence.
