Refund & Cancellation Policy
Blink is a subscription to a digital styling service. This policy explains cancellations, refunds and how billing issues are handled.

Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel anytime from the Stripe customer portal linked in your receipt emails, or by emailing support@blibriofall.shop. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period, and you keep access to your styling runs until then. Allowances do not roll over.
Refunds
- Because access and generated results are delivered immediately, subscription fees for the current period are generally non-refundable once styling runs have been used.
- If you are not satisfied with a generated result, contact us first — we will prioritise re-generating your styling output.
- If you were charged in error, charged after a valid cancellation, or could not access the service due to a fault on our side, contact us within 14 days and we will investigate and refund where appropriate.
- Statutory consumer rights in your country of residence are unaffected by this policy.
Free plan
The Peek plan is free and involves no charge, so no refund applies.
Yearly plans
Yearly plans are discounted for the full term. If you cancel a yearly plan mid-term, access continues until the end of the paid year; partial-year refunds are considered only where required by law or in the error scenarios above.
Chargebacks and disputes
If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank so we can resolve it quickly. Payment disputes are handled through Stripe in line with card-network rules.
