To keep Blink safe and lawful for everyone, you agree to the following when using the studio.

Photos and likeness

  • Only upload a photo of yourself, or of someone who has given you clear consent.
  • Do not upload photos of minors under 13. For users aged 13–17, a parent or guardian must consent to any photo upload.
  • Do not use Blink to fabricate someone's likeness, impersonate a person, or create misleading images of a real individual.

Prohibited uses

  • No unlawful, harassing, hateful, or deceptive content.
  • No attempts to present Blink outputs as medical, optical, prescription, or eye-health advice.
  • No reselling, scraping, or automated bulk extraction of the service or its generated assets beyond your plan.
  • No uploading of malware, or attempts to breach, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
  • No infringement of third-party intellectual property, trademarks, or brands.

No medical or prescription use

Blink is a styling tool. Do not rely on it for vision correction, prescriptions, PD measurement, or any eye-health decision. Consult a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist for those needs.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach this policy, and remove offending content. Serious or illegal activity may be reported to authorities.
