Questions, answered.
Is Blink an optician or eye test?+
No. Blink is a digital styling studio. It does not perform eye tests, issue prescriptions, measure PD, or sell eyewear. Everything is style guidance only. For vision or eye-health concerns, see a licensed optometrist or ophthalmologist.
Do I have to upload a photo?+
No. You can describe your face in words. If you do upload a front-on selfie, it is used only to generate your styling visuals, is never used for face recognition or training, and is cleared automatically within 30 days.
Where do I buy the frames I like?+
Blink shows original frame concepts as style references. You buy any physical eyewear yourself, at a retailer of your choice — Blink has no part in that transaction.
How does billing work?+
Plans are subscriptions billed in USD. Monthly allowances do not roll over. Cancel any time and keep access until the end of your current period.
