Blink is a digital styling studio — not an optician, eye test, or eyewear shop. Below are the common questions; for anything else, request a styling review or email us.
Using the Studio
- —Describe your face and style in the brief, or pick a face shape and frame type.
- —Run Find my frames to get your face-shape read, shortlist, palette and try-on reel.
- —Export a Style Pack to take shopping or share with a friend.
Billing & subscriptions
- —Plans are billed in USD via Stripe. Yearly saves 20%.
- —Monthly styling-run allowances reset each cycle and do not roll over.
- —Cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the current period.
Your photos & data
- —Uploading a selfie is optional; you can style entirely from text.
- —Face photos are used only to generate your visuals, never for recognition or training, and are cleared within 30 days.
- —You can request deletion of your data anytime by emailing support.
